Terms & Conditions —
Service Agreement Terms
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your installation date. The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation.
- All lights and hardware remain the property of Glendora Glow. Clients do not purchase the lights.
- Annual renewal pricing will be provided prior to each subsequent season at a discounted rate.
- One complimentary mid-season maintenance visit is included. Additional service calls may be billed separately.
- Takedown will be completed in January. Client is responsible for ensuring access to the property.
- Cancellations made fewer than 7 days prior to the scheduled installation date may forfeit the deposit.
- Glendora Glow carries general liability insurance. A certificate of insurance is available upon request.
- Glendora Glow is not responsible for damage caused by severe weather, acts of nature, or third-party interference with installed lighting.
- This quote is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
